Asbestos Abatement

Asbestos abatement is a set of procedures designed to control the release of asbestos fibersfrom asbestos-containing materials. Asbestos abatement is utilized during general construction in areas containing asbestos materials, particularly when those materials are being removed, encapsulated, or repaired. Abatement is needed in order to protect construction workers and members of the general public from the many negative health impacts of asbestos.

Lead Remediation/Abatement

After checking your property, you are ready to begin the remediation process, if needed.

Remember, remediation is the process by which a property has undergone work to reduce lead hazards and clearance is the process by which a property is determined to be lead safe; free of dust, debris, deteriorated chipping/peeling paint and/or lead dust hazards.

Any measure or set of measures designed to permanently eliminate lead-based paint hazards in a residential dwelling or child-occupied facility. Lead abatement includes, but is not limited to, the removal of lead-based paint and dust-lead hazards, the permanent enclosure or encapsulation of lead-based paint, the replacement of lead-painted surfaces or fixtures, and the removal or covering of soil-lead hazards and all preparation, cleanup, disposal, repainting or refinishing, and postabatement clearance testing activities associated with such measures.

Water Damage

In general, this problem can be defined as water that destroys the interior of your home. It can be caused by:

  • Rain that gets through your roof and damages your ceiling and walls

  • A hailstorm that breaks your windows and gets your floors wet

  • A burst pipe that saturates your ceiling

  • An overflowing toilet that soaks your bathroom floors

Interior Demolition

The demolition of the interior of a building leaving the outer perimeter or shell. Our company will provide reliable, clean and efficient service.

Mold Remediation

When water intrudes into your property, mold growth can start in as little as 48 hours. Consider the following mold facts:

  • Mold is present almost everywhere, indoors and outdoors.

  • Mold spores are microscopic, float along in the air, and may enter your home through windows, doors, or AC/heating systems or even hitch a ride indoors on your clothing or a pet.

  • Mold spores thrive on moisture. Mold spores can quickly grow into colonies when exposed to water. These colonies may produce allergens and irritants and have the potential to cause other health effects.

Interior Renovation

Restoring or replacing older fixtures, filling holes in walls or floors, and anything similar.

Remodeling

The goal is to renew a property or space, making it look better by improving it.

This may involve removing certain fixtures and replacing them with more modern ones, or introducing elements that cultivate a different aesthetic. For example, if you decide to renovate your bathroom you might take out the bathtub, the sink and the toilet and put new models in instead.
